Ira Wilder
I am a freelance photographer based in the Triangle. Born and raised in North Carolina, I currently work for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have worked with more than 300 clients since I expanded my hobby into a business in 2021. Whatever kind of photography you need, I am up for the job. I have extensive experience with family portraits, graduating seniors, live events and corporate headshots. As a journalist, my work has been published in CNBC, NPR, Axios, NPR, Chapelboro, The New York Times and (my favorite) The Daily Tar Heel, where I was a photo editor.
When I’m not behind the lens, I am usually baking for my friends, listening to old vinyls and traveling to new places!
